LMAO... the 2011 brackets are NOT pending. They are IN PLACE.

Go ask your accountant what they are. He/she will tell you they are exactly like they were in 2000. No laws need to be passed for this to occur. None. The law has already passed. It did so in 2001.

Sorry bravo... but you are flat out wrong. They do exist. They are a part of the Bush tax cuts.... you know the part that says, in 2011, if nothing is done, these tax cuts sunset?

And when they sunset, it will happen....the action is pending, IF nothing else is done to change it....
We all understand how it will work, when and if it comes to be.
