Generally speaking...yes. Increased prices for steel, decreased exports, and a weak overseas position didn't help since trump took office

They ended plants that sold vehicles that are not selling and they see and not going to pick up. That is called a business decision. You see conspiracies everywhere you look.

The bailout went into effect in January 2009. Civilian employed labor force was 145,362 million. In three years the employed labor force dropped by 5,493,000 by 2011. How were jobs saved???

It took until 2014 just to get back to where we were in 2018. MORON.
