Let's be clear on the Obama job creation meme; in 2008 the civilian labor force was at 145,362,000. By 2016 it was at 151,346,000.

That is a net increase of 5,984,000 jobs. That would average over an eight year period 748,000 jobs annually.

Since Trump has been President, we have seen a net increase of 4,325,000 jobs. That translates to 2,162,500 annually.

Under Obama the unemployment rate went from just under 10 down to 5. Since trump it's gone from 5 to 4.

What does that have to do with anything? It is lower now under Trump than the last forty years! Did it ever occur to you that the only reason it went down is because they count PART time jobs and the labor participation rate declined?

They've known for years now that they're producing too many models and they've known which ones don't sell for shit. They could have retooled those plants and produced the models that do sell. An incompetent bitch runs the company and she was hoping for a Hillary victory before doing a retool. Trump changed her agenda. The Volt, which they stopped, was the highest rated car in customer satisfaction since it came out. They sold all they made. Fact is the profit margin on the SUVs and trucks is enormous and that is what they want to produce. The Cruze is another one that does not get the profit per unit they are after.
