Nope I do not like Putin and I hope this war in Ukraine leads to his ouster. BUT I also don't have TDS. Trump killed 200+ Russians in Syria and shot missiles into airfields where Russians were stationed. He helped the US become energy independent which helped lower the price of oil worldwide. And oil is Russia's main export. Russia wasn't rich enough to fund a war while oil prices were around 50 buck a barrel. Trump put sanctions on Russia and several of Putin's oligarch friends. But go ahead believing whatever left wing BS that you want to.

Most people understand why the entire world is going through the economic downturn caused by the Pandemic shutdown experienced around the world.

If it were just the United States, the people would be blaming Biden and the Democrats.

BUT, since America is fairing out much better than any other free country in the world right now economically, BIDEN IS THE ONE GETTING CREDIT FOR HELPING US GET THROUGH THE POST PANDEMIC ECONOMIC RECOVERY.

Yes, Trump put sanctions on Russia after he was forced to.

Trump loved Putin. Trump was probably in debt to PUtin (at least some of the oligarchs). His own son said Russian money makes up a big chunk of their capitalization.

I suspect Trumppublicans don't necessarily just like Russia's dictatorship but rather are following Trump's lead. Trump loved every dictator he met. Whether it was Vlad, or "falling in love" with Kim Jong Un or Erdogan...no dictator was too bad for Trump. He loved them all.

I think his followers just cue on what Trump liked. They like a firm hand. A leader who isn't afraid to murder opponents. A leader who will tell you what to think and when to think it. In other words: they hate the concept of America.

Possibly. OPEC has nothing to do with U.S oil companies who also withheld production in order to hike prices.

We need a national program to pump oil on Fed. lands until we slash our dependence on fossil fuels.

US oil companies have not invested enough into production for many years because they have been ordered to do so, and banks are policing the order. It is stunning also how many people who are actively hostile to oil and gas are already on the boards of these companies as they attempt to become "green energy" companies.
