obviously if he was acceptable they would have accepted him.....sort of like impeachment........you didn't have the votes for impeachment so you had to settle for Impeachment Lite.......

the OP was referring to the succession to the Presidency in the event of the death of the President …. also if the VP is incapable of fulfilling the duties for any reason. Pelosi is 3rd in line due to her rank in Congress. As for the VP, that can be contested by Congress, but it would be highly unlikely given the short time in office the replacement President would have before elections IF Dump drops dead or is incapacitated by the virus.
