DOn't know. Virginia is now on the verge of expanding medicaid for the first time in what appears to be a bi-partisan fashion now that the state actually has the money to pay for it, as opposed to doing it when they didn't.

3. Neurologists have compared Mr Trumps speech's over decades and noticed considerable difference in how he speaks, tone, expression and general presence.
4. 35 mental health professionals warned that the "grave emotional instability" indicated in Mr Trump's speech and actions made him "incapable of serving safely as president". This was noted in numerous papers including the Washington Post and the New York Times.


The problem with the evidence is the Goldwater Rule, which is limiting most from expressing their expert opinion.
