ROFL. They could certainly have thought of a better means of presentation or color than a big red line on Psychopathy. I did a double take myself because the visual didn't match the personality I knew.

The Psychopathy mean is 2.09 with a standard deviation of 0.63 meaning anything larger than 2.72 or less than 1.46 would be outside the first grouping of results.

You're 0.9, Christie and Cypress are both 0.2 above you at 1.1. I'm the highest of the four at 1.9, albeit below the mean. A simple definition would be a measure of social morality with lower being better. The first link below gives a more detailed explanation.

Scale Mean SD
SD3 - Machiavellianism 2.96 0.65
SD3 - Narcissism 2.97 0.61
SD3 - Psychopathy 2.09 0.63

I don't think narcissism and Machiavellianism are strictly black and white issues, even though the words tend to provoke a negative reaction.

Churchill had to be a little Machiavellean, or he wouldn't have beaten the Nazis.

Mozart and Beethoven wouldn't have created the music they did without being somewhat narcissistic.

Leadership requires a type of self confidence and calculation that can appear to come across marginally narrsistic and Machiavellian

Agreed on negative connotation. So does Psychopathy. Still, there's a normal range and there's those outside the normal range..which could be good or bad. Most people are good which, IMO, means Good = normal.

But you have to admit even narcisists make choices. People like Churchill and Zelensky make good choices, that not only promote them on the national stage, but helped their people.

twump and Rudy decided to go a different direction. Pure, unadulterated, evil.

There is that kind of self serving self absorbed narcissism that defines Donald Trump..

Then there is the kind of self assured and self promoting supreme confidence of people like Churchill who used their skills and self promotion to serve the benefit of their nation.

Yep, we're saying the same thing, you just a little more eloquently.

I would call Beethoven and John Lennon narcissists, but without the self assured, self promoting supreme self confidence they both possessed, they would never have given the world a radical musical vision that changed western culture forever.

A good observation. Obviously confidence is necessary but it's distinct from "self-promoting". Young people self-promote to get ahead but once fame is found, the self-confidence would allow them to stop self-promoting and just "be" themselves.

A master of a skill who constantly self-promotes doesn't strike me as being much of a master. More like a fraud.

Politicians and any "celebrity" do constantly engage in self-promotion. Maybe that's why I'd don't respect them much as a class. LOL

Note that Churchill was out as soon as the war was over.

Darn. I've failed to live up to my reputation. lol

Are you watching the thread about Mina being banned? I wonder what she said, and to whom.

On it now. I don't know what she said but it appears she had fair warning. "They" only have themselves to blame. :)

By all accounts, the type of self assured, brash cockiness of Lennon and Beethoven were just part of their intrinsic personalities, and probably contributed to their confidence to ditch traditional musical convention and blaze a radical new trail in art and music.

Obviously, there is a real difference between the brash cockiness of John Lennon and the narcissism of Donald Trumpf. Lennon had skill and talent and brought joy to millions of people. Trump is a talentless hack who is just out to grift people.

Agreed. The difference is that both Beethoven and Lennon had talent. Trump did not.

She clearly asked for it:
There aren't any. However, there are videos of him having completely normal and appropriate actions with kids, which videos caused some pedophiles to get hard and then inadvertently to tell on themselves about that reaction. It's a bit like when a psychopath looks at a Rorschach test and describes the ink blots as involving all manner of horrific violence, fully convinced that's a reflection on whoever made those blots, rather than a revealing glimpse into his own diseased soul. So, you got off on that video, eh? Maybe better to keep it to yourself, sicko.
Uh oh, were you another one of those perverts who accidentally told on himself, by sexualizing an innocent scene involving a child? It's amazing how many of you there are on the right!
You may as well ban me permanently now, since I'm just doing to do it again.

Trump's got one talent: he has the gift of ̷g̷r̷a̷b̷ gab and the ability to convince at least the under-educated and credulous that he is everything he claims to be.

He's a good salesman, but that's far below "creators of new things" like Beethoven and Lennon. :)

Except for banging several golddiggers and making them pregnant, I doubt Trump has ever created a single thing as an adult.
