The Trade Court is a federal court that handles civil actions arising out of U.S. customs and trade, it’s decisions can effect tariffs, as we are seeing now, and no, I ain’t interesting in dissecting semantics or mislaid fallacies as you attempt every time you are proven wrong

LOL. Into the Night thinks the lower court ruling that Trump's tariffs are invalid should be enforced since he thinks the stay of that ruling if invalid.

It's understandable that you are embarrassed by the size and now want to hide the parts of you that are visible to the naked eye.
You do know this is pretty bog-standard for a case that's on appeal, right?
ESPECIALLY when the appellate court knows it's just going to get kicked to the Supreme Court, anyway.
This isn't a win, or "vindication", it's a simple, standard stay on appeal.

WRONG. He thinks that both of the rulings are invalid. The courts are overstepping their bounds, usurping power that belongs to the executive.

"Everyone" except the judge who made it, you must mean. And the guy who posted this thread, and about a zillion others in the thread before it was stayed and the higher court said that it must be a quick appeal. I just find it "interesting" how it suddenly means "everyone knows" it was going to be stayed... but only after it has been stayed.
You don’t think the judges knew it would be appealed?

It also has no authority over the Senate's authority of treaties.
It cannot affect tariffs. It has no such authority.
