The stay is invalid.Oops. Teflon Don doesn't understand what a stay is.
I think I do. When I say stay, your wife does.Oops. Teflon Don doesn't understand what a stay is.
The Trade Court is a federal court that handles civil actions arising out of U.S. customs and trade, it’s decisions can effect tariffs, as we are seeing now, and no, I ain’t interesting in dissecting semantics or mislaid fallacies as you attempt every time you are proven wrongNo court has that authority, anchovies.
Are you calling my wife a bitch?I think I do. When I say stay, your wife does.
it is you're not yourAre you calling my wife a bitch?
She thinks your hilarious(ly tiny.)
LOL. Into the Night thinks the lower court ruling that Trump's tariffs are invalid should be enforced since he thinks the stay of that ruling if invalid. The stay is invalid.
It's yours and it's hilariously tiny. She says she needs a magnifying glass to see anything.it is you're not your
you are a strange person, you probably need to go on ignoreIt's yours and it's hilariously tiny. She says she needs a magnifying glass to see anything.
You were the one that said my wife was at your home. I assumed you were happily letting her look at your tiny ....you are a strange person, you probably need to go on ignore
don't take personally, but I try to limit my exposure to freaks
You do know this is pretty bog-standard for a case that's on appeal, right?
Maybe Trump does have the power
WRONG. He thinks that both of the rulings are invalid. The courts are overstepping their bounds, usurping power that belongs to the executive.LOL. Into the Night thinks the lower court ruling that Trump's tariffs are invalid should be enforced since he thinks the stay of that ruling if invalid.
I guess you really must be Into the Night's sock since you know what he is thinking. And yet you always deny it.WRONG. He thinks that both of the rulings are invalid. The courts are overstepping their bounds, usurping power that belongs to the executive.
"Everyone" except the judge who made it, you must mean. And the guy who posted this thread, and about a zillion others in the thread before it was stayed and the higher court said that it must be a quick appeal. I just find it "interesting" how it suddenly means "everyone knows" it was going to be stayed... but only after it has been stayed.Everyone knew that would be a temporary stay on the order. This will get appealed, did you think it wouldn’t?
You seem exceedingly excited over something completely predictable and something that was 99.9% sure to happen. Do you not understand the appellate process?
You don’t think the judges knew it would be appealed?"Everyone" except the judge who made it, you must mean. I don't think that "everyone knew that it would be stayed" which is what you claimed. You don’t think the judges knew it would be appealed?
It has no authority over Trump's authority of the executive branch, anchovies. The Trade Court is a federal court that handles civil actions arising out of U.S. customs and trade, it’s decisions can effect tariffs, as we are seeing now, and no, I ain’t interesting in dissecting semantics or mislaid fallacies as you attempt every time you are proven wrong
You seem to have lost context again. Go back and read the posting chain.LOL. Into the Night thinks the lower court ruling that Trump's tariffs are invalid should be enforced since he thinks the stay of that ruling if invalid.
He knows what I'm thinking because I POSTED IT, idiot!I guess you really must be Into the Night's sock since you know what he is thinking. And yet you always deny it.
Ah, just did, and Trump didn’t appeal on its authority but rather his belief that he has the authority to lay unbounded tariffs based upon prior lawIt has no authority over Trump's authority of the executive branch, anchovies.
It also has no authority over the Senate's authority of treaties.
It cannot affect tariffs. It has no such authority.
