He had his due process on 17 October 2019. The Biden administration just put his deportation on hold. Trump took it off hold. He was deportable and no hearing was needed to do that. It's like being convicted of say some felony and the court releases you for a few months to get your affairs in order before reporting to prison for your sentence. Same thing here. Tried, convicted, sentenced to be deported. Biden let him slide for a while, Trump said, in essence, Your time is up. Get on the plane, you're leaving the country!
He should be thankful he got four years of additional freedom before being deported.

He had NO DUE PROCESS COMING! He was already "convicted" and "sentenced" to deportation. NO HEARING WAS NECESSARY! Which part of that don't you get?
If you've been convicted and sentenced, but granted a parole or stay of that sentence it doesn't change that you've been sentenced. The authorities can simply order you to report to prison, or come and get you and deport you. It's just like that woman in Colorado. Tried, convicted, sentenced to include deportation. Your "due process" has been given and you are seeing the sentence carried out.
The problem here, and apparently what's confusing you, is that Biden's administration didn't carry out the sentence and now, four years later, Trump IS carrying out the sentence and you think the guy has a new trial and hearing, etc., coming. No, he doesn't. He's had his day in court and lost. Too fucking bad for him.

He had his due process, and he had four fucking years to do something about any mistakes made in that sentencing. He's claiming, as I pointed out, that if he returns to El Salvador because he is an MS 13 member--and the court in 2019 found he was--that he'd be facing imprisonment, and in his argument "torture," because he knew full well he'd be tossed in CECOT the second his feet hit the ground in El Salvador. Biden granted him a stay on that basis, Trump took that away and deported him. He has nothing coming. He had four years to fix that and didn't do it.
