I don't speak for Owl, but I generally don't like seeing any poster get dog piled. I even try to avoid dog piling on conservative posters.

I have defended that poster over and over again


there is NO getting through to it if its a real person

I think its a russo bot hole


it began fighting me on the Russian influence recently


it preffered to say white people were just racists and the Russians didn't recruit for racism on the internets


they have done this world wide

Sticking to the subject we know education is funded by local, state and federal taxes. Most of it is from property taxes. But states formula's can differ on how they distribute money. Not a rhetorical question, can anyone point to a best practice for funding by a state that they wish other states would follow?
