Palestinian protest leader arrested and facing deporation

Again, there is no proof that he was calling for Israel's destruction and supporting enemies.

If you were a prosecutor, you'd fail in that aspect.
He was a leader in the protests. That implicates him by his participation. His deportation is a CIVIL matter, not a criminal one. As far as I know, he isn't being charged with a crime, just being deported. That's something any nation can choose to do.

Not true. As a "leader" of those protests, he tacitly endorse their violence.

Did he? By that logical Trump "tacitly" endorse 1/6 violence and by pardoning them.

ICE was confused as to his status.
Maybe this will help...

That's been happening a lot lately including the arrest/detention of Americans for being too brown.

Virginia Dem spotlights case of US citizen detained by ICE

“ICE detained a U.S. citizen in Northern Virginia with guns drawn. He offered to show ID and told the officers he was an American citizen, but they handcuffed him anyway,” Beyer wrote in a Friday post on social platform X.

“The man is a [President] Trump voter, but says he is reconsidering his support after he was targeted for being Hispanic,” the post continued.

Jensy Machado, a naturalized citizen, said he was put in handcuffs after being stopped by police officers who said they had a deportation order for someone who was listed under his home address.

“I voted for Trump last election, but, because I thought it was going to be the things, you know, like … just go against criminals, not every Hispanic looking, like, that they will assume that we are all illegals,” Machado told Telemundo 44, who first reported the story.

“That’s what they’re doing, now. They’re just following Hispanic people,” he added.

United States citizens, including Native Americans, are being warned to carry ID with them after reports of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers questioning and detaining people this week.

One such warning came from the Navajo Nation President, Buu Nygren, in Arizona, following reports that some residents had been approached by officials.

Newsweek reached out to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and ICE for comment via email Friday morning.

@Legion says Trump won't run again so don't complain.
