I myself don't go along with the age of 8,...more like 12 for age of reason. I also don't go along with a lot of the " do this and go straight to Hell" ideas some Christians seem to have. We as people do not have the authority to judge who gets to go to Heaven or Hell,....that's not for us and Im glad it isn't. I am also a huge believer in redemption,....its what the Bible teaches and quite frankly it just feels right to me,.... redemption is true and just if earned. A person can be awful in many different ways most of their life and still earn redemption if their head and most importantly heart is in the right place and they ask for true forgiveness for their sins. Now,....that doesn't give people a pass to just do as they may throughout their life then say SORRY right AT the end either....LOL

Please read my comment again. Fundies -- and almost all other Christians -- believe that if you do not accept Jesus as your savior, you are going to Hell. That means Buddhists, pagans, Hindus, Muslims, atheists, agnostics, Jews. That means babies, children, adults, elders. "No one comes to the Father but through me."
