Papal front runners. If the Black guy becomes the next pope, white Republicans will scream DEI till their buttholes explode

I disagree with them meddling too but they don't have a country that we send an ambassador to. But their meddling is also bad. When the Pope comes to the US he is treated as a head of state.
He is the head of a literal nation state, albeit the smallest in the world , the Vatican

Vatican City State is an ecclesiastical or sacerdotal-monarchical state ruled by the pope, who is the bishop of Rome and head of the Catholic Church.

Ok. If they don't baptize in the name of the father and the son and the holy Spirit it's meaningless.
To whom?

Pentecostals baptize in the name of Jesus only, being baptized in the Holy Spirit is a different thing for them, it is an "indwelling" and it is supposed to give specific gifts (discernment, tongues, and a few others).

Most "fundie" (per Christiefan's designation) religions do immersion baptisms for folks over the "age of reason"... Now, Presbyterians, Congregationalists, Lutherans and Catholics are the only "sprinklers" that I know of.
Evangelicals use the "touch of water" on the young's forehead when they Baptize. I cannot recall any adults being Baptized (unless they did a submerge in a river or creek?).

I believe you are thinking of a "dedication" and not a baptism. I know of no Evangelical church that will baptize before the "age of reason" and I have watched many adult baptisms. Folks that become Christian are baptized, even Catholics baptize adults who convert.

I'm not saying adults aren't Baptized, but I do know that I was Baptized as a young child (the touch of water on my forehead) and have watched many Baptisms of infants the same way.
