It doesn't SEEM that way at all.

I don't believe speed in working towards goals is a function of liberal vs conservative ideology. Conservatism is not paralysis.

No, Conservatives work to slow change... ;) I was using that idiotic thread about "Cons fear things" to make a sarcastic point and showing where "fear" was leading to his opinion on this particular one.
