Yes, they've seen the evidence and ruled it as bullshit. That's why all of the courts ruled against Pedo Don and his fans. It's why Pence said Trump was wrong. Anyone who says Trump was right is either a liar or delusional.

???......were you still unaware of the court ruling in PA in 2021 that the election in that state was unconstitutional?.......it was followed about a month later by a court decision in WI saying the same.......we've had threads on both here......educate yourself........unless of course you are simply lying......

I am not ignoring it, I think it has a proper argument that was made in the courts, but even if the argument had won, I am pointing out that the remedy is not invalidating the votes. The election still stands.

Joe Biden still got the majority of eligible American voters in those districts.

As I have pointed out before, the election was fair and honest and it was Trump and his minions who proved it. They demanded recount after recount. They went to court more than 60 times losing them all.
They demanded control over the machines and counting processes. They got them all and came up with absolutely nothing to back the dishonest election claim. Trump and the right wasted many millions and merely proved our election system works and Trump got spanked fairly.
This is where the conning of the right shows. They refuse to believe what the election system and those in charge proved clearly. How badly conned do you have to be to think the election was stolen? It distills down to those who simply refuse to believe what those in charge stated and what the Trumpys proved. Trump lost a fair election and our system works.

Thank you, that’s two states where they are arguing about the way the rules we operated under were not properly enacted or the method people were allowed to vote were not properly allowed under the state Constitution, but no argument that the votes were not cast or were cast by ineligible voters.

What remedy do you believe exists for these possible violations?

Are you saying that these valid voters should be disenfranchised? Are you saying a possible technical error in the way the system was established should result in the will of valid voters being overturned?
