Penny NOT GUILTY

You, of all people, should recognize mockery when you see it.

Should I? I'm the one dishing it out. You're the one on the receiving end.

Methinks you're backpedaling.

Even his trainer said he went too far.

"However, a Marine Corps combat instructor — who trained Penny — testified that the veteran misused a chokehold technique he’d been taught."
Against one of NYC's listed "Top 50" dangerous people? A guy with over 40 felonies and a felony warrant for his arrest at the time of his death? I think not.

You're nuts. It doesn't say "Top 50 dangerous people" on either of those lists. Be honest for once, the system failed him.

Not according to the phone video. And one of the bystanders said “He’s dying,” an unseen bystander said in the background of one video. “Let him go!”
Neely had 44 arrests, was one of the 50 most dangerous homeless in NYC, punching the elderly in the face, and the attempted kidnapping of 7 year old girl. Theworld is a better place with Neely off the planet. Penny is a hero.

Are you... Wait, yes, you are.

The Post article:

Jordan Neely, the homeless man choked to death on the subway last week, was reportedly listed on a city roster of people on the streets who desperately needed help.

Referred to colloquially as the “Top 50” list, the internal catalogue held by the city’s Department of Homeless Services details which people are cycling in and out of homeless shelters and mental health treatment centers, a source told The Post Monday.

If you read the articles, he was among the top persons in NYC that various agencies was in need of serious mental health help, and a danger to the public.

Neely had 42 prior arrests:

He had an active warrant for his arrest out for aggravated assault at the time of his death.

Seems to me that NYC fucked up big time in letting this serial felon and criminal, who had serious mental health issues and was off his meds for months, roam the streets looking for another crime to commit. This was a person that needed to be institutionalized for his own good and the safety of the public. But NYC let him roam free and he ended up threatening innocent people and as a result died.

If anything, the Leftist government of NYC is to blame for his death.
