That is nice of the locals. The locals are giving food to the starving soldiers, because trump refuses to feed them. The people in Santa Ana show a lot of charity.

They weren't even prepared for this deployment, they're sleeping on floors.

LAPD was perfectly capable of handling a few hundred protesters, Trump is wasting tax payer money to test the waters for usurping state authority.

They are being forced to buy their own food, and eat a pay decrease at the same time. Because it is a sudden pay decrease, they still have the higher bills. It is especially hard on the officers who will often have a mortgage, and family still requiring their old salary. They also have to often make up the shortfall in money for their soldiers. If they were regular Army, they would often get a DOD credit card that they could at least buy some of their needs on, but they are National Guard.

Nazi Bitch Earl points out that some of the people in California are helping these poor soldiers out, and Newsom is also trying to figure out how to get them some money. You know who is not trying to do anything about this all? trump.

There was this one property I invested in, back when I was willing to invest in rental properties, that was the perfect place to put graffiti. The local government was all into the broken window theory of law and order, so would demand the owners remove the graffiti be removed in 3 business days. We were losing several times the planned profits, it was killing us. We finally put up a security camera, and discovered it was the son of the local Republican mayor.

Anyone who has ever invested in property has had to deal with vandalism. It is just part of the game. Why are you treating it as odd?

I have been to Russia many times, and you are really wrong here. American cities are often using broken window policing that treats graffiti as a major issue. Russia has small areas they like to keep clean, and then the rest is a level of chaos that it is hard for Americans to comprehend.

In all likelihood, Sybil doesn't have a key to the front door of his residence much less the ability to leave the country.

What he and others are missing is that, thanks to Trump cutting funding to FEMA and other groups, no federal money would pay for the damage done in LA...unless it was the Feds who damaged it such as heavy vehicles tearing up roads or blowing holes through walls.

Trump nationalizing the National Guard and the Marines also means federal dollars AKA US taxpayer dollars, not just Californians.
