I'm all for herbal remedies, such as wood betony, oregano oil, aloe vera, black walnut hull, cleavers, etc, but that sounds purely fucked up

Muscle is denser than fat. But given you have little mass between the old ears, I am guessing you aren't intelligent enough to know this. Trump by appearance lacks muscle mass. That is why the BMI is a dumb tool to use. Two people of similar height and weight, yet one can be in excellent health and the other severely obese. Yet by BMI they are both 'obese'
You can get relief of symptoms from many "natural" and/or herbal substances, but that one is pretty useless. The cost per pill is fairly high.... $1.00/each and up depending on where you get it. Homeopathy in general is pretty much quakery. At least the shit is harmless so if the fake teacher wants to put on a fake doctor's lab coat and prescribe, at least she won't kill anyone. lol
