You’re very strange
The psychosis derived from opiate withdrawal is usually not conducive with the psychosis brought about by other drugs such as methamphetamine. Hallucinations are not as common when experiencing psychosis from the withdrawal of opiates, but the actions and decisions made while in a state of psychosis mirror that of its general definition. A sense of desperation sets in while in opiate withdrawal. Both the physical and psychological aspects play a large part in this. The severe anxiety and depression can promote a feeling of hopelessness. It is this desperation and hopelessness that will cause an addict to make decisions that may go against their morals or values. That is when the psychosis takes over. An individual is truly disconnected from reality and all logical thinking when in active withdrawal from opiates. An individual is also more prone to paranoia and disconnected thinking. They may think someone is out to get them, or something is going to happen that would not make sense to someone thinking logically and clear. This can be very dangerous. Someone in a state of psychosis is extremely unpredictable. Addicts in opiate withdrawal induced psychosis will go to any length to get what they desire. This is one of the most dangerous and detrimental psychological states that are brought about by opiate withdrawal.

Not only that, but the cognitive test was nothing more than basic questions used to see if the patient is aware. I'm guessing one of the questions was 'who is the POTUS?'!!!
But...even early dementia patients have moments of clarity, followed by episodes of 'sundowning' later in the day.
But you are correct...it has nothing to do with his psych issues.

True. In addition, patients in the early stages of dementia often appear to be just fine when in their familiar environment. My mother-in-law was that way; at home she seemed perfectly normal. But when we took her on a trip to Alaska, and when she would come to our house or someone else's home, you could see the difference. She got lost in gift shops; she would put kitchen tools down and "lose" them even though they were in plain sight, and so on.

This isn't to claim that Trump has dementia, of course, just an observation. The results of his physical seem great esp. for a male of his age.

Ah, I read his tweets, listen to his interviews and to his off the cuff remarks. It’s pretty easy to come to the conclusion Trump is a pathological liar and Trump has very little realization outside of his own needs and wants, and he is obsessively vindictive, a point he readily admits.
Some of us knew that before he was elected, solely because his face has been in NY newspapers for decades.

Does anyone here really believe Trump is 6' 3'--an inch and half taller than President Obama?

Here's a a photo of President Obama standing near the Girther Drumpf.

Obama measured out at 6' 1 1/2" in his physical and 175 lbs.

I know I'm 6/' 2" height and 205.

I'm betting Drumpf is 6' 2" and at least 260 lbs ... easy

Even with his ridiculous foofed-up hair do, Twittler looks shorter than Obama in this photo.

Didn't say that, rather, if one was really looking for the true health of any President these reports aren't helpful

Did you really expect that the doctor was going to issue a report saying that the President was in poor physical condition, bad health? No, not for this President or any President
Obama used to have pick up basketball games. trump's suck boys claim that he was an amazing bball player, able to make jump shots with a full length coat on.

I'd love to see a trump/Obama one on one game. Or...because trump is more than ten years older than Obama, a 3 on 3 match.

Makes you wonder how "healthy" he is when he's been taking Crestor (a statin used to lower cholesterol) and the doc said he's going to up the dose.
Yep. Each year, my doctor will tell me what my chances of having a heart attack are, based on some fairly new computation they make based on your blood work, blood pressure, age, etc.

Mine was 7% this year, but as you age, the number goes up no matter what.

I'd love to know what trump's is. Anything 10 or above is considered an issue.

"Gertherism".

Chuck Todd compares Trump's 6'3', 237 pound egg-shaped physique to NFL players who are in the same range - 6'3, 240 pounds - and asks the question if you think Trump's doctors just might be fudging Trump's weight numbers, you might be a 'Girther'
And...belly fat is considered very dangerous, compared to other areas where fat accumulates.

With those man boobs, they guy is really actually ready for a bra. Wasn't there a Seinfeld episode about man bras, the "bro"?

I am more creeped out by the porker's double chin...or, what the hell is his problem, a goiter?

Doctor released everything? You think if Trump had herpies or treatable siphylis the doctor would release that information?

And the way Trump's henchmen lie for him, I trust nothing said about him in the way of glowing praise.
