I guess we just come from different worlds. Getting butthurt over this is incomprehensible to me. It's a different language I will never understand. I think having the slightest bit of salt from this is absolutely pathetic. I don't know what's worse, faux outrage or actually being outraged.
 
I'm not native american, and I don't really know any native americans, so I have no idea if it's offensive. If a native american told me it was offensive, I would stop using it immediately. Of course I would never have been using it in the first place because Onceler is correct - it's infantile. Absolutely mind boggling that this buffoon could become President and dopes like Grind are just thinking what a great show it will be. There's a part of me that would like to see it, just so the younger idiots who are rooting for him will get the fucking of a lifetime. I don't think it will affect me much. I mean, unless he starts a nuclear war. I just hope I'm in the city that day because I've always said if it happens, I want to be at ground zero. Don't want to hang around for the aftermath of that shit. And of course if there is to be a nuclear war I hope he begins it by nuking England and Tom gets it first. He's another one you can tell is rooting for this loon because Tom hates women and can't stand the thought of one becoming President. Like all the others he will claim "I am fine with a woman President, just not THIS woman"...which is the new "some of my best friends are black".

It's not salt. It's expectation.

I don't even care if Trump actually does make great trade deals and the economy goes through the roof (he won't, and it won't). I don't want the leader of America sounding like a child. And I don't mean to include all children in that statement, or even most. I should specify young child; maybe even preschool.

I have some standards for President. They're not that rigid. I just don't want someone to completely embarrass me.

I have felt the same way. Maybe we need to hit rock bottom - maybe it will be a good lesson for all of these fools. I particularly see some of those now-prominent Trump defenders on CNN & the rest, and think - would I rather Trump lose and have these idiots think that they were right if things don't go perfectly for the next 4 years? Or would I rather Trump win so they can go down in history like the average nazi enabler?

But it's too dangerous. I honestly don't know what Trump is capable of. No one does. I see him as a somewhat sick individual, & completely unpredictable.

just so you know you are playing right into trumps hands. He makes these comments with full self awareness. It is the very thing that has made him decimate all of his opponents so far. There is a very large segment of america that is through with all the hand wringing, masochistic tendencies of those on the left merely looking to be offended by or offended on behalf of someone else. The more the news runs with this, the stronger he will be. Normal middle america's reaction to this is going to be "what.. that's all he said? This is the latest big controversy? Maybe trump has a point.. maybe I'll ignore the next big controversy"

I've actually seen people say that, and even saw one guy write it in an editorial. They're electing a President, a man whose responsibilities here & around the world are absolutely enormous, to "tick off PC lefties."
