The mother swears she did nothing to warrant the attack. Was this a hate crime or something else? I pray for the child and her family, hopefully the police will catch this bastard and make him pay the ultimate price for his deed.

Another news article said that Eric has claimed there was a passenger and that the passenger is the one who fired.

The other person's name is supposedly "Larry", according to Eric.
