Those aren’t policies, no more than Mexico is going to pay for a wall is a policy, just promises, and as we know, Trump isn’t famous for keeping his promises. His whole campaign platform is nothing but promises, no details, just “assurances” (https://www.donaldjtrump.com/platform)
