Nope, they sure don’t. They may make you feel all warm and fuzzy to think that the god of the universe is actually listening to you and granting your requests. They are no more useful than chance.

They most certainly do.... And I am quite certain that God listens... So you are a person who does not believe in faith...Is that correct?

I know people have faith. That faith is nothing more than hope without evidence or knowledge. Your god is invisible. Missing in action. AWOL.

The fact that there is constant unnecessary suffering of innocents in this world is a real problem for you true believers and your concept of an omni-everything benevolent god. But you’re unwilling to admit it and perform all sorts of mental and theological gymnastics to dance around it.

I have faith and God is not invisible...
Again, it is a blessing to not to be without faith...that must be a truly difficult way to try to maneuver through life and all the challenges we face...

The facts that the FBI is investigating this incident as domestic terrorism and a hate crime targeting Catholics is going to be difficult for many here to cope with, when they cannot find a way to hold the President or Republicans responsible...
