Of course, the conservatives will try to spin this as government incompetence in hiring a bunch of morons, but really, this boils down to "Obama tried to trust the private sector instead of getting it done in-house, and it turned out to be a mistake...again."

So you think that the Government has the internal personnel to develop a massive web site to handle something as massive as healthcare constituting 1/5th of the US economy?
Where do you arrive at such an uninformed conclusion?
Most major corporations outsource such an endeavor as well; do you know why?
But more so, why do you think that the client, that would be Obama administration, do not have a LOT to do with how this web site was designed and how it was tested?
This isn't about Republican spin you incredibly poorly informed dimwit, it is about this administrations gross incompetence regarding everything it touches, but particularly about the signature partisan legislative effort that defines his entire Presidency.
I would think that the most important legacy of ones Presidency would have gotten the attention, the programming and testing correct. But I guess for the dullard class in America, results are not important, but rather, how much more you care than anyone else on the planet.
