Alvin Bragg prosecutes Trump for nothing, and Daniel Penny for protecting others from deadly harm. And Bragg will likely win re-election. No wonder why people are moving out of New York.

Alvin Bragg clearly is working to devalue the law. Charge people for helping, release people who do not deserve ROR, give flights to violent criminals if they are illegal so they can harm others in another state...

Unbelievable... and I mean that seriously... I still haven't seen anyone give suggestions about what he might have done differently... Because he did what he needed to do to protect everyone in the car... There was never an intent to kill and as it turns out that Hold was not the reason for the death.. pesky details for our wacky, confused friends here...

Possibly. But it is a reasonable doubt for sure. He may have had hypersensitive carotid bodies. If they are stimulated too much it can stop the heart.

I don't know how many times I have to say this. You can subdue people without killing them, just like the guy on the airplane was subdued. I know the situation was scary for the riders even though the man was unarmed but you can subdue people without killing them.

I've seen plenty of cases here where the cops go rogue and kill people who aren't a danger so I've become cynical about these people who kill someone and then claim they were concerned for their fellow man.

If you're asking what I would do, I'd walk forward to the first car and try to get the driver to call the police. Because you can subdue people without killing them. Hope I've finally made myself clear.

The really sad part of all this is the face Bragg is favored for re-election. NYC deserves exactly what they voted for.

You could not be more wrong on this issue. I would ask that you put one of your loved ones on that train in the direct path of Neely and his raving that somebody is going to die. You would be screeching an entirely different tune.

Frankly, the world is a safer place without George Floyd and Neely.

There is a fine line between slowing someone's blood flow down enough to render them unconscious and slowing it down enough to stop the heart. In the heat of the moment accidents can happen. But hey you are the expert on how to non lethally subdue a homicidal 6'3" drugged up attacker so you explain how to do it. Go...
