Question for you Anti-Assault rifle people

I've never had any type of firearm accident, fool. And no, I've never shot anyone.
I am not responsible for you not raising your kids properly.

You are a safe and responsible gun lover until it all goes bad. Then it is too late. Your chances of a gun tragedy increase when you have guns in your home. What does my raising of kids have to do with anything and what makes you think you have info on how I raised them? I cared enough about my family not to have guns in the house.

I had guns around me since I was a kid. I was taught to use them safely and responsibly.
Since you had no guns, did you teach them to fear and loathe firearms?

Wrong, if you are a safe and responsible gun owner, it never goes wrong. Just because you instinctively know you can't be trusted with guns, doesn't mean everyone can't. I do thank you though for at least having enough presence of mind to recognize you are personally too irresponsible to have guns in the home. Kudos.

It will have to sail over my cold dead body, then, along with the bodies of many millions of other Americans.

This is all Mason has been reduced to; because he's unable to present anything meaningful.

He's just begging for a response and if you don't give him one, he'll turn his attention to someone else.

Guns have had zero interest and impact on my life. I think it is silly to want guns. I had a BB gun when I was a kid and I found shooting fun. Then I grew up. I do want guns to define who and what I am.

Soldiers don't use AR-15's in war. They prefer an assault rifle with full automatic capability. I see you still wallow in blissful ignorance.

Are these assault weapons?

Is this an assault weapon?

Why aren't fully automatic firearms used more in crimes in the US?

No one really gives a shit about what you think.

I found shooting fun as a kid also, I just got good at it and I still find shooting fun. Although I competed using a semi-auto military issued high power rifle a few years back, I also enjoy shooting black powder rifles and handguns. I've been a very successful hunter and tracker as most game meats are very good when cooked properly.
Guns don't define what or who I am, they just remain a part of my life that makes it more enjoyable.

Oh, and I think golf is silly.

Can you tell me the last time one was?

no legal NFA weapon owned by an individual has been used for a crime since the passing of the National Firearms Act. The closest thing to that occurring was when a police officer killed a firefighter and then himself with his department issued submachine gun (MP5) I don't have the year for that yet, but i'm sure it won't be the last one because the ATF won't talk about the other 'legal' machine guns..........

Fort Worth police offloaded fully automatic German-made MP5 submachine guns.

The public used to know when and how police guns turned up in crimes. However, those details now are shrouded in government secrecy, thanks to a 2003 law passed by Congress that prohibits the release of trace information.

Fort Worth police, the same department disarming residents of their excess weapons over the summer, sold more than 1,100 weapons, including 40 submachine guns

The state Department of Public Safety sold over 1,000 guns between 2007 to 2017, according to records obtained by Texas Standard and Reveal. The sales included handguns, subcompact .380 pistols and fully automatic HK33 rifles, which sold for more than $7,000 apiece because of a federal ban on their importation.

The San Antonio Police Department, which faced a series of city audits for inadequate tracking of departmental guns, appealed to the Texas attorney general’s office to hide specifics of its weapons sales.

The Austin Police Department, whose former chief, Art Acevedo, told the public to keep an eye on hateful “gun enthusiasts,” reported selling more than 1,100 weapons.
