The railroad workers are not the railroad company. No, that doesn't stop a strike. Railroad companies are not owned by the government.
Santa Fe/BNSF, for example, is owned by Warren Buffet via Berkshire Hathaway (Warren Buffet's company). The only government owned railroad is Amtrak (other than commuter rail systems), which must lease time on private rail (such as BNSF) for their trains.

Are you Trumpys that nuts? Trump was a Putin in training. Biden is supporting Ukraine, which you may not know is fighting Putin and Russia from an invasion. That is a weird way to institute such a plan. There is no plan like that.
