HR departments of even white controlled corporation still make sure whites are punished lower in the food chain.

Even whites believe in discrimination against white people. so obviously intitutional racism can exist even in a non-minority owned company.

2) Again, go to East St. Louis... I have been there and you most certainly WILL be harassed because you are white. Here's a little hint, Yurtie, since you seem so interested in the science of debating. When you post a broad generalization that paints a very large group of people - in the millions - in a very simplistic, monolithic way, the onus of "facts" is on you. You are the one accusing.

You haven't done that, by any stretch. You find one quote from one Dem, and exaggerate another quote from a poster on the board, and then your generalization about this very large group of people suddenly becomes "true and accurate," and magically, the onus shifts over to me somehow, to prove that millions of liberals do not behave in the way you are generalizing.

That's quite a trick.

The above illustrates my point. People like you sit on a high horse and make proclamations that there is no way a black man could possibly have displayed racist behavior and thus anyone who would dare suggest they did must be a racist.

I wonder why Glenn Beck doesn't get more mentions on this board. I heard he even asked some church guy if Obama could be the Antichrist, using some comparisons to verses in Revelations.
