Sure it is. Just like it would be if Maduro was a next-door neighbor than was the head of his household, but instead of minding his own business, he actively attacks and kills many others in the neighborhood including those that live in his house. Then the whole neighborhood gets together and says, if any of you get the chance lock that piece of shit up so he stops hurting the innocent in the neighborhood and his own people. Finally, after many years there's one house with the capability and balls to do it. They do it and save the neighborhood and bring the piece of shit to justice for the many victims to watch. Oh yeah, until we can find someone to take over the house that won't try to kill us AGAIN, we'll run things. After all, who else could?

I don't know how much MAGA like "Regime change", but here is what Venezuelans are saying about it.
This is just one of them, but I have yet to find someone that isn't part of the Regime, or an American leftist, that says it was a bad thing to bring the man to justice for the crimes for which he was indicted.
I have noticed how the left is all over the place, they are in opposition, but have no actual position, so the message is just random criticism rather than a policy position. One thread will be how it is "Regime change" another will be about how the VP of Venezuela is still in charge so it wasn't regime change. The only central theme to the threads is the usual, Trump is bad.

I am not "condemning" anyone, I am describing what I see. Disjointed response of opposition without a position. And it is not unconstitutional. That's silly. The War Powers Act allows a President to take such action in another county and report to Congress "within 48 hours"...

Drug trafficking does not rise to the accepted standards of military action .
The War Powers Act does not apply, Venezuela was not an eminent threat.
That is not anything that is part of the War Powers Act. This is the problem, it's like folks are incapable of understanding why it wasn't against the law for Obama to bomb the crap out of places without begging for permission. It isn't a power of Congress, it is a power of the Executive, and he can do this kind of thing and report it to Congress after, all while following the constitution. This is the very reason why I tell people it is important to understand who you are electing to the Executive.
