I've seen a few reports that the shooter has "10 years worth of experience" but they don't say if it was all with ICE or the nature of his experience.

Because if she was part of what might be called 'professional protest groups,' that is someone who actively seeks out situations to protest against the government, then there is more credibility to her being present deliberately to impede and disrupt police activities. It also tends to add weight to the argument that she tried to flee because she knew that when police did a background check on her that would come out and be used against her in court.

That's a whole lotta speculation right there.

We'll see how things play out - at least we will if they allow an investigation. That's an easy one to confirm or debunk.

Read the article. It isn't speculation, it's fact. Good was heavily involved in protesting ICE and even actively resisting at ICE operations.
