I have watched it, several times now.
The officers approach her vehicle. It's pretty damn clear they intend to arrest her. She has the driver's side window down so she can hear the officers as they approach.
One officer tries to open the driver's door on the vehicle, then reaches in to unlock it. That says he has told her to step out of the vehicle and she has refused.
She then backs the vehicle a short distance dragging the officer holding onto the door with the vehicle. The officer in front of the vehicle draws his service weapon, pointing it at the vehicle and driver.
She starts forward under full acceleration. The officer at the door is forced to let go and spins a bit to his left as the vehicle moves forward.
The officer in front of the vehicle takes a grazing hit from the vehicle, as he fires on the driver. He is knocked aside.
The vehicle continues forward in a turn to the right, then straightens out accelerating forward hitting a parked car then slamming into a telephone pole. It is moving fast enough at that point the airbags deploy.
So, when did the thuggery occur?
