Then why was she there interfering with the ICE operations going on? Why was her lezzy partner taunting and trying to provoke the ICE officers?

Seems to me she was just being a sarcastic hypocrite.
Is there a reason you can't refer to Becca Good as anything other than a "lezzy partner". I've seen you do it at least 10 times now. Are you able to discuss the issue without homophobically and misogynistically referring to the women's sexuality, which has exactly nothing to do with any part of the incident?

Grow the fuck up.

I see you couldn't Contradict anything I said... It's kind of hard to do that when facts are presented....

More brainless garbage.

A vehicle is only a weapon if someone uses it as one.

She did not do that.

No matter how many times you puke it, won't make it true, or the public believe it.

You have a sick mind.

Not sure why you keep highlighting that her partner was lesbian - do you think that has any bearing here?

And what do you make of "fucking bitch"? I didn't know that until I read this thread, and want to see it corroborated - but man, if he said that AFTER the shooting, it's cold as hell.
I asked @T. A. Gardner the same thing. He can't discuss the story without slurring the women's sexuality. He's a childish pig.

As far as the "fucking bitch" thing goes, we can't see who said it. It was someone close to the phone, but it could have been Ross or it could have been someone next to him who said it. Either way, it was definitely one of the SS troopers.

See! You don't like that sort of shit either! That's the sort of shit those two were giving the ICE officers. Annoying, isn't it?

If he did, he likely did it out of frustration. It's the sort of release that happens in high stress situations when things calm back down suddenly.
On a scale of 1-10, exactly how demented are you? Calling someone a "fucking bitch" is "the sort of release that happens" when you shoot someone in the face 3 times and then watch their corpse drive into a tree?

And that's exactly what she did when her wife told her to drive baby drive.... You don't ake off in a car until you make sure that there's no one in your path... Because if there is someone in front of you , then that car is a weapon...

Actually, there are:

There are limits to speech. You can use words to incite and in most cases these can be found sufficiently inflammatory to warrant actions under law.
I listen to Heather Cox Richardson's podcast. You wouldn't like her, she recites actual history and tells the truth. But her comparison to what happened to Good, she compared to the Senate after the Civil War. The former Southern slave-owners were pissed they had to give up their slaves. So, I guess several time, actual US Senators from the south would, in a fit of rage, actually beat the shit out of the abolitionist senators at times, on the Senate floor.

So even though the Southerner's desire to enslave humans was disgusting - they didn't care. It was "their way or the highway". Being morally right is a punchline to you and your fellow trumptards today. You not only want to win elections, you want ot beat your political foes into submission.

Sounds like what's happening today.

The Public does believe it , however because they believe what they see with their own eyes... The minute she put the car into gear and stepped on the gas.It became a weapon... Her wife told her to drive baby drive , and that was the wrong thing to do...

Anecdote is not evidence. Your friend got lucky. On the other hand, badgering an officer while he's trying to arrest someone isn't "free speech," it's interfering with an officer in the performance of his duties.
No, christie's friend did not "get lucky". They were protected by the First Amendment.

As far as "evidence" goes, avail yourself of Duran v. City of Douglas. A civilian's profane gestures and words toward an officer are protected speech. Police may not detain or retaliate against someone merely for being insulted.

See Cruise-Gulyas v. Minard. Giving a police officer the middle finger is protected speech. Stopping or ticketing someone in retaliation violates the Constitution.

You have become a pathetic human being, T. A. PATHETIC.
He, like Damocles, used to be a reasonable, rational human being. In the past couple of years, both of those things have become sniveling, snarling liars who go to the most unflattering lengths and choose to embarrass themselves in order to maintain and strengthen their hate for liberals that has consumed their entire brains and now characterizes their entire personalities. It's both fascinating and terrifying to watch the rapid deterioration.

Renee Good's wife is a child abuser. Why wasn't she at home with her kid? Because they got taken away for that.
Lost custody.
You fucking liar. Get off Facebook. Neither of them ever lost custody of any child. Renee had two older children who didn't live at home. The 6-year-old was at school, not at home. They had just dropped him off when the ICE thug blew off her head. What the fuck is wrong with you?

First. They can stop or detain people who are obstructing their duties. In this case the car was already stopped but it is the same. They were detaining her. During any detention they can ask you to exit your vehicle, ruling is Pennsylvania v. Mimms, 434 U.S. 106 (1977), the ruling was later extended to include passengers as well. They can order you and your passengers to exit the vehicle lawfully. I recommend doing so if they order it, because resisting never works well after that point.

Please understand, this isn't about whether I support ICE or the other side. I just want folks to be able to exercise their rights safely. All of them.
In what way did Good "obstruct" ICE's duties?

The Public does believe it , however because they believe what they see with their own eyes... The minute she put the car into gear and stepped on the gas.It became a weapon... Her wife told her to drive baby drive , and that was the wrong thing to do...
She was turning down the road. She was friendly to the cop. As bad as the videos are, the cops' own video showed how he planned on killing her. Saying I am not angry at you, deserves to be shot and killed? You are so Trumpy that none of his Gestapo tactics sink in for you. Violence and fear is what they are bringing to the American streets. This is Animal Farm becoming real.

At the point they order her to exit the vehicle it is a detention. The point to argue whether it is a valid detentiom is in court, not in the street.

I give this same advice to the guys doing first amendment audits. If they are going to "break the law" in your opinion, and you think they have no reason to say you are obstructing it does not change that they can order you out of the vehicle for their safety (they think you might drive the vehicle at officers), the ruling allows them to ask you, and your passengers to exit the vehicle during the interaction for that safety.

At that point we are at the beginning of that obstruction investigation... Regardless, they can ask you to exit your vehicle and once they do it will always be my recommendation you follow that order, because it is considered lawful and I have never seen anything good come from fighting it.
She was being detained for what?

Okay, first lets talk about this assumption that they had no right to approach the women. They can investigate, during an investigation they can detain, during detention they can ask you and your passengers to leave your vehicle so that you do not turn it into a weapon and they can see your hands, etc.

Second. Let's assume they had "no right"... My recommendation is to fight that in court, not in the street, solely because I want you and others to live. If a law enforcement officer (not one that is alone) surrounded by people and other officers ever asks you to exit your vehicle I recommend you leave your vehicle. If in the end you were "right" but you are still dead, it is a tragedy, if you follow the orders and you are right you will wind up with money.
Or disappeared to a tent city in the desert. What you are suggesting -- obey law enforcement orders no matter what at all times -- is only rational in a situation where law enforcement can be trusted to be reasonable and impartial and act lawfully. That is not the country we live in. People have disappeared with no ability to contact anyone. People have been "detained" for hours while an "officer" drives them in circles around a city wondering what to do next without charging them with anything, without advising them of their rights, without any probable cause to "detain" them in the first place.

The Trump Administration has been crystal clear that due process no longer applies to targets of its agents. What was ICE "investigating" when they approached Good?

He couldn't rape her like he wanted to, so he did the next "best" thing ...

He emptied a clip into her face.

Open season on Leftist Lesbians claiming they have rights as supported by J. D. Vance? We truly live in weird times when most elderly white American males support shooting this "fucking cunt" in the face three times. Why should I have faith the Republican Party represents the Constitution of the United States as our Founders intended? Same goes for those who claim to be Christians willing to murder people defending a "Christian Nation". Truly weird times to see how much hate is being expressed disproving we are not a Christian nation. Not a single prolific JPP MAGAt ever walks the walk. Sure, like their Orange Leader, they love to talk the talk.

The good news is this isn't 1930s Germany. We aren't living under the harshness of the Great Depression along with the double whammy of the Treaty of Versailles. We're America. We, the People, have a long history of fighting for our rights as citizens under the Constitution of the United States.

We're also a nation with more guns than people sooooooo........I think rational people would not be supporting violence against their fellow Americans. If We, the People, want to keep our rights, we need to defend those rights per the laws of the land all the way up to the way our Founders resolved the problem of a monarchy/dictatorship over all American citizens.

God bless America! :flagsal:
