That's ridiculous. Nobody is taking over. Our ever changing demographics are continuing to change. It's no big deal. The important thing is that we all stick together as Americans.

You can't expect the world not to stop changing just because you long for a bygone era.

Besides. I kind of like good Mexican food.

And I've always wanted to become more fluent in Spanish. We should embrace that and make Puerto Rico the 51st State while we are at it. That place could be a paradise. Think of all the money the President could make by putting hotels there.

You know, if we simply allowed more LEGAL migration, all the new workers would also help grow the GDP. A nation with a greater population will have a greater GDP if the same percentage is working.

Or do you feel that the job creators have already created all the jobs they can.......

Are there a finite number of jobs, some upper limit? Can't have any more than that?

If that's true, then we better start talking about population control.

Are you ready for that conversation?

Shouldn't the entire world consider population control for the good of the planet and the climate?

Conservation is only a temporary solution if population growth is unchecked.

"The white natural loss of 39,000 in 2016 compares to a natural gain of 393,000 in 1999," the APL says of the broader trend.

As for what's behind the drop in the white population size, the APL identified two trends that it says are "accelerating the incidence of white natural decrease."

The first is a big drop in U.S. fertility that hit the country as it went through the Great Recession — some 500,000 fewer babies are now being born annually than would have been expected, and almost 2.1 million women of childbearing age have remained childless.

The second trend is an increasing mortality rate among whites from 30 to 59 years old, in what are often deemed "deaths of despair" — deaths that are found to be from causes such as suicide, accidental drug overdose and alcohol.

Unskilled immigrants offer no jobs skills except to compete with those already here.
Increasing the worker pool just depresses those wages. It's not like we have a shortage of workers without job skill.

On the other hand..
"merit based" immigration does exactly what you are saying -grow GDP by higher paying jobs
and spins off entrepenaurs to fill new business models
