A glut of housing lots just suddenly came on the market.
Nobody has yet mentioned that the cleanup will likely be declared hazardous waste. Any new construction will tale decades due to CA's restrictions and codes. That entire area would be better off declared a safe space for endangered ants.
Yes because they have proven they do not deserve the trust of the American people.
