by this standard, vax passports would have been useless. all kids are 'good' kids, until they aren't by trying to use the wrong restroom or play on the wrong gender sports team.......then they are 'bad' kids.........to put a new spin on one of your favorites

Whatever your doctor put on your kid's medical records is meaningless when it comes to the anonymous allegations that can be made by anyone.

Because the allegation in every case simply boils down to this: That you conspired with your doctor to put a certain gender on your kid's medical records in order for them to use a certain bathroom or play a certain sport and only a genital inspection panel can affirm or negate that.

Because the allegation is a conspiracy between you and your doctor to put a certain gender on the paperwork in order for the kid to play a certain sport or use a certain bathroom.

That is what every allegation is going to boil down to...nothing your doctor says counts because in the eyes of the accuser and the law, you conspired with them to assign your kid a certain gender and it's incumbent on the *CHILD* to prove otherwise.

What your doctor wrote on the form DOESN'T MATTER to the accusation because the accusation is that you conspired with your doctor to assign a certain gender to your kid in order for them to play a certain sport or use a certain bathroom.

So the allegation challenges what your doctor wrote, and it becomes incumbent on the CHILD to prove the allegation wrong by stripping them naked.

You haven't thought your position through because the genital inspection panels are only brought together once an allegation is made.

And what is the allegation? That some kid used the wrong bathroom because his parents colluded with the kid's doctor to assign a certain gender to the kid on the paper work which lets them use the bathroom they want to use.

So the kid's medical records say one gender, but any anonymous person has the ability to question that with this law, and simply questioning it will compel the state to mandate that kid strip themselves naked in front of some random perv.

Because only a perv would want to spend their days looking at naked kids.
