Except that is part of the allegation.

The allegation is that the parents colluded with the doctor to put a certain gender on that kid's records that the anonymous accuser is disputing.

So by disputing their gender, they are also disputing the doctor's records; that's why every single accusation is going to lead to a mandatory inspection.

Do you get that or are you that dense?

That is what is being disputed.

The difference is I don't see kids lining up at Rand Paul's door to have their junk looked at but there is plenty of evidence of the groper in chief. But to answer your question, no.

It backs me up 100% because the accusation is against the doctor's records under which the child was classified a certain gender, and that is why they are using that bathroom or playing that sport.

Maybe I can make this simpler for you:

Say your 19 year old daughter is 12 and she wants to play girls' soccer, and in order to do that, she had to have a physical. Now that physical produces records that classify your daughter as female. So then she plays girls' soccer. She does so well at soccer that she makes enemies of her rivals, her jealous teammates, basically anyone invested in her not succeeding. Those enemies, spiteful for losing, make an accusation that your daughter is actually a boy, and that you and your doctor conspired together in order to get your kid to play girls' sports where she dominates. Because the accusation is not just against the child but against you and the doctor, it has to go to a genital inspection in order to affirm.

And that will happen every time. Guaranteed.
