Those enemies, spiteful for losing, make an accusation that your daughter is actually a boy, and that you and your doctor conspired together in order to get your kid to play girls' sports where she dominates. Because the accusation is not just against the child but against you and the doctor, it has to go to a genital inspection in order to affirm.

You think it's OK for kids to be stripped naked in front of Ted Cruz and Roy Moore so they can judge whether or not a kid has breasts large enough to play women's sports or use a women's bathroom all based on an anonymous accusation.

What that means is anyone anywhere can challenge your kid's gender and force them to strip naked in front of pervert Conservatives; anyone like, for instance, people on message boards.

Right, a physical. A physical conducted by the family physician, paid for by the parent's insurance and that produces the documentation.

But then the kid excels at the sport, causing their enemies to act spitefully and accuse your kid of being a different gender, and then they make an anonymous accusation. Or it doesn't even have to be your kid's enemy...it could be an enemy YOU MADE by running your big, fat fucking mouth, and that enemy makes an accusation in order to hurt you by humiliating your kid.

THAT ACCUSATION is that you and your doctor conspired together to assign your child a certain gender so they could play a certain sport or use a certain bathroom, so the medical exam that happened prior to the kid playing the sport or using the bathroom is what is being disputed when the allegation is made.

Surely you're not so fucking stupid that you don't get that?

First of all, what parent is going to subject their kid to a second dose of humiliation?

Secondly, the law is the law and it states plainly that any anonymous person can make any anonymous accusation, and 100% of the time that accusation is going to lead to a genital inspection because the accusation isn't that the kid is a different gender, but rather, that you and your doctor conspired to assign your kid that specific gender for a specific purpose.

THAT is the allegation, and what it does is open up the possibility of your enemies coming after you through your kid.
