that does seem to be a lot of confusion...a birth certificate would not be challenged... unless there was evidence that it had been modified or altered later in the childs life and I believe that did happen once that I know of...

Those days are long gone. My 5 hear old grand daughter can identify a boy from a girl and doesn't need to look at anyones "junk" to do it. I guess leftists aren't as smart as a 5 year old.

The accusation isn't that a kid is a different gender, but that you and your doctor conspired together to classify the kid's gender so the kid could play a specific sport or use a specific bathroom.

If a boy is born and someone challenges that and says no, the birth doctor is wrong, it's really a girl, I expect the mother would step in and say, what in the hell is wrong with you people?

That physical is conducted by the family doctor, paid for with the parents' insurance, and produces the medical records necessary to clear her to play on the field. So she starts playing soccer and because she's such an incredible athlete, immediately dominates every game she plays. But because she's the best, she's gonna make a lot of enemies on the field and off it; a rival at a different school, a jealous teammate, a frustrated opposing coach, basically anyone not invested in her success. One of those people turns out to be very spiteful, so they phone in anonymous allegation that your girl is actually a boy and should be kicked off the field. You bring up the physical she had, but then that just forwards the conspiracy that you and your doctor colluded to classify your kid as female so she could dominate at soccer. And since a BC is not a medical document, the only way to affirm or deny is to make THE CHILD strip naked.

And the thing is, it doesn't even have to be about your daughter. It could simply just be someone you pissed off who wants to humiliate you and your kid.

Prepubescent kids can dress like a boy or girl and act like a boy or girl but that doesn't mean they are a boy or girl.

that story makes no sense... but if it did happen it would be incredibly easy to prove that she was a girl... and nothing that you mentioned to prove it... you seem to be retelling this story from your head quite often I'm not sure where it came from but you can dismiss it at any time because it's just not going to happen in real life...

All that needs to happen is for an anonymous person to make an allegation and from there, a genital inspection would be mandatory.

Give me an example of an allegation then an actual allegation not your made up story.... if you can find one that resulted in an actual examination let me know but you're not going to it would never be necessary

No I taught my kids to judge people by their behavior. I told them when you run across someone who behaves like an animal that's how you should treat them.
