The accusation isn't that a kid is a different gender, but that you and your doctor conspired together to classify the kid's gender so the kid could play a specific sport or use a specific bathroom.

You believe that when the child is born that the parent conspires with the doctor to put the wrong gender on the birth certificate? I'm still waiting for you to give me an example of where this conspiracy happened..

I just read this again because I couldn't fathom how stupid it was, but it really is that stupid.

A birth certificate is not a medical document. It is a document of The State.

And, what is on that birth certificate is what is being challenged.

So 10/10 times, the challenge will lead to a genital inspection because the allegation is that you conspired with your doctor to assign your kid a gender that they shouldn't be assigned and only mandatory genital inspections by Rand Paul and Roy Moore can decide.

Entirely predictable that "small government Conservatives" want to shove the government down kids' pants.

a birth certificate clearly states if the baby is male or female.. if it's not a medical document why is a doctor's signature necessary?
 
I really want to see an example of where parent conspired with a doctor to complete a Sports physical that purposefully included a misgendering of a child... because this is what seems to be the concern here
