Ever heard of thighing, what religion allows that?

Ayatollah Khomeini in his Little Green Book asserted “It is not illegal for an adult male to ‘thigh’ or enjoy a young girl who is still in the age of weaning; meaning to place his penis between her thighs, and to kiss her."

The denunciation of the “thighing” of infants and young girls comes towards the end of the interview.

She starts talking about marriage for pleasure in other words 24 hour marriages for Shias to go with prostitutes. Then at around 3:50 talks about enjoyment of the thighs.

The topic was the Dawkins film, in which he indicts all Abrahamic religion, (just as I said), NOT muslim, per se.
What the fuck bearing does the second film have on what Dawkins said? Good Lord, you are off base today. Too long at the pub last night?

So do Jews and Christians kill homosexuals, apostates and stone women to death? I cannot determine whether you are trying to be cute or really are extremely dense. Please show me another religion that condones thighing as does the Shia version of Islam.
