That's exactly where it belongs ... in HistoryThat would be the entitlement minded, freeloading blacks in my state.
Who would want to own them? Only a small percentage are functionally literate and even a smaller percentage have the ability/desire to do an honest days work.
Hopefully, the blacks will someday start doing for themselves instead of expecting white people to support them and their bastard babies.

There are approximately 12.8 million people on welfare. 39.8% of those (5.1 million) are black. Blacks make up 12.5% (40.6 million) of the 325 million people in the U.S. 1 out of every 8 blacks is on welfare.
38.8% (5 million) of the 12.8 million are white. Whites make up 70% (227 million) of the 325 million in the U.S. 1 out of every 46 whites is on welfare.
What that means is if you lined up 100 blacks and 100 whites, by the time you were counting the first white person statistically, you would have already counted 5, and almost 6, blacks.

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — A commission studying what to do with the most prominent Confederate monuments in Richmond, Virginia, recommended Monday removing one honoring Confederate President Jefferson Davis.
The panel of historians, local officials and others that spent around a year studying and soliciting public input about the statues on the city's historic Monument Avenue also urged the addition of permanent signage with historical context near the monuments.
Further, it said leaders should consider adding new monuments that would reflect a "more inclusive" story of the city's history, the commission said in a more than 100-page report.
"In the course of the work, it became abundantly clear the majority of the public acknowledges Monument Avenue cannot and should not remain exactly as it is. Change is needed and desired," the report said.
