Right to bear arms!

Technically I think they are the same thing, but tell me what you think.... legally and constitutionally.

maybe they used to be the same thing, and you being a lawyer probably do see them as the same thing. but in the really real world, they are not. the government can make a law and it would then be legal, but it doesn't have to be constitutional.

now, legally, i'm supposed to follow all orders by a cop, even if the cop is wrong, and then file my complaint afterward and hope that there's justice in the way of giving me a paltry sum for my violated rights. constitutionally, I'm free from unreasonable searches and seizures and if that cop doesn't have a reasonable suspicion to stop and search me, I can continue on my way. If said cop then uses force, I can kill him........constitutionally. we all know that this isn't going to fly because you don't buck big brother and the man, am I right?

In America you have the right to bear arms, BUT especially if you are black, doing so gives the police the right to shoot and kill you.
Couldn't you have thrown this shit grenade over in the conspiracy theories or general politics forums, where I wouldn't have to smell it?

don't the cops know there is a constitutional amendment giving us the right to point a gun at policemen?!......

fucking irrelevant, badge blower. cops are the largest fucking street gang in America and they are not your fucking friend.

/shrugs......I'm 64 years old and I have never been threatened by a policeman.....but then I have never held a gun in the presence of a police officer and sure as hell know that if I did and they told me to put it on the ground that I had better put it on the ground.......

I've never had a problem with police. Maybe someone like you that thinks you can do whatever you want whenever you want has because you don't like being told no.

Me, either. Makes me wonder if all those who do don't like people with authority telling them what to do or have done things they shouldn't have done and the police get involved.

So, if you are not doing anything wrong and a cop tells you to drop your gun, do you think you legally have to do so?

Who gets to determine whether or not you are doing anything wrong? You?

In a state that don't have open carry yet you open carry on a public street, are you saying you haven't done anything wrong?

Oh, it's about the money?

You are free from unreasonable searches and seizures. What you aren't free to do at that time is make the determination whether or not it's reasonable and simply walk away if you disagree. What gives you the ability to determine whether the cop is wrong. The cop could be absolutely right and because you hate cops, or any authority for that matter, you'll automatically deem their actions to be wrong. Not how it works. Perhaps you should read the Constitution and not go by your anarchist mindset.

To many that think there is, the mindset is "Guns Up, Don't Shoot"

Apparently the BLM thugs think they have a right to vandalize, loot, and take things that don't belong to them. BLM supporters seem to agree.

Reports indicate that 70% of those arrested in Charlotte, NC had OUT OF STATE ID's. It's not hard to tell who is behind more of this crap. For many of the "protestors", it's the only job they've ever had.

It is stupid to presume that one does not have to comply with law enforcement commands; unless of course your some dumb black dude who has been duped by the Liberal media into thinking you don't have to....then you can run away, ignore commands and claim oppression.
