Right to bear arms!

Wrong. There IS a monetary value placed on an item and that's what differentiates between petit theft from grand theft.

But the monetary value doesn't change it from being THEFT. Taking something that doesn't belong to you is stealing regardless of how much or little it's worth. Even you indicated that it's still theft.

you're familiar with the term 'we the people', right? just who do you think that is?

I look forward to reading about your murder trial someday.

When asked about doing just that, you refused claiming that you weren't part of the legislature.

I look forward to reading your obituary when you try to kill a cop that uses force to detain you because you refused to do what you were asked to do.

If the cop, as part of his request, is doing something lawful, you can't deny that request. If he, as part of doing his job his job, REQUESTS your ID, you can't refuse and not face consequences.

Why didn't you say you wanted to play semantics?

There is no law that says you must carry an ID.

Yep. Theft. That's not what your post indicated. You said no monetary value is placed on an item. There is, to determine the severity of the crime.

again, you're not very bright. go read a dictionary, moron.

i'm sure you love reading about cops killing people that don't do what they're told. justifiable or not doesn't seem to matter to you, badge blower.

:palm: we are completely doomed as a free society because of you morons.

Is that your best answer? Natural rights are subjective. How are they some set of rules sent down by God or Nature if there is no definition of what they actually are. Just because Locke said so? Pffft!

Argue natural rights in a court of law and you'll be slapped down hard. The only rights we have in this country are the ones that are codified. All others are made up. The 2nd Amendment is a perfect example.

the founders didn't set up our country that way, but you fucktards sure gave it away for this codified crap. I guess that's what we get from a bunch of idiots that need someone to tell them what to do all the time.

Do you have a driver's license? That's a form of an ID and if you're driving in my state, the law says you have to have it with you. It IDENTIFIES you as having met the requirements of the State in order to be able to drive a motor vehicle. There are similar laws applying to the registration and insurance on the vehicle. There are civil penalties for failure to do so.

that requirement is IF you're driving. If i'm walking down the sidewalk, there is no law that requires me to have an ID.

you like to ignore case law and judicial opinions, don't you?

You keep moving the goalposts, anarchist. You said read a dictionary. A dictionary defines request and also includes synonyms for request which includes demand. I did what you asked and you still can't understand.
