Assault rifles were banned, not semi-autos with small clips, walnut stocks, and hunting scopes. Then the military-type weapons were un-banned for no sane reason.

NN is a dumbass just like my former neighbor that claimed the AR 15 was an assault rifle but the Ruger Mini 14 was not. The sad part was she is supposedly an educated left winger yet based her opinion solely on looks.
