Dude, how the hell is government going to prevent technological advancement so more tasks can’t be automated in the future? What kind of *ss backward society would we be living in to deploy big government to prevent economic growth? That’s frightening.
The U. S. has more unfilled jobs than they have unemployed. Where did they work before Wal-Mart or Dollar Store came to town?

That's a good argument, and it cannot be disputed. But at the same time, local economies with local merchants did not have a giant wealth vacuum that extracted wealth out of them in the form of big corporations that extracted profits and removed wealth from the local economy. After big box and small box retailers came in, wealth and opportunity left. Small town after small town are all the same. You drive through the middle of town and there are all these empty boarded up store fronts. That just does not paint the picture of a thriving community.
What's going on? Really. What's the big picture? Does that make America great? Where are the manufacturing jobs? Where are the mining jobs? Where are the worker pension plans? Who gets a 401K from Walmart or Dollar General?
Good thing it is beneficial to lower income consumers, because our economy produces plenty of them. I'll tell you what a responsive government can do. It can tax the super-rich who are sucking a highly disproportionate amount of wealth out of our economy and find ways to redistribute that wealth to the disadvantaged. It doesn't have to be so much taxing that rich men are made poor. That has never happened and nobody is advocating for that. But there is a lot of room for drawing back from the extreme wealth inequality that already exists.
And while we are at it, we will tax the super-rich enough to pay for our government as well. It is shamefully irresponsible to operate our government at a loss as the super-rich and get even richer. That is just basically wrong. Especially in a good economy.
When more people have more spending money, our economy will skyrocket. By keeping so many so poor, it prevents them from consuming goods and holds the GDP back. When people have more discretionary spending capability they will spend more, and that will create more jobs and more profits for the owners of industry. It is a total win/win for a healthy thriving economy.
In the future, as mega-corporations and the super-rich become even more powerful, (and they surely will despite higher taxes,) our conversely big powerful government (needed) will have to establish a UBI. That will free up people from the burden of working at the dead-end jobs which will be eliminated by then. People will have the time to pursue higher education and better themselves. The arts will soar. Creativity will explode. Lots of really smart humans thriving in a society with the time to create. Human existence will enter a higher phase with many new things made possible that we can hardly dream of today. AI is coming and with it so will the UBI and a new transformed world.

Well letting them in was a big mistake. Americans should have recognized them as not just another ethnic group.
The Jews are an ethnic group, not a religion.
America was founded as a white ethnostate. How most of our history, we restricted immigration based on race and ethnicity.
When Nationalists talk about the Jewish Question, we're not talking about all Jews. We're also not talking about only Jews. What we are talking about is the majority of Jews and how they see themselves as having different interests than white Americans. This is why most (but not all) Jews use their positions in the media and academia to promote Globalism in the West. And if you think that's a good thing, know that Globalism is the reason Trump is president right now.
Sure, but because of the classist system we have in America, we have an extremely rigged playing field. Part of why it's so hard to fight this is because the Jewish 1% has used Globalism to keep America divided.
So how come America has a lower standard of living than most European countries?

I was not aware that Europe had a higher standard of living, but if it is so then it is likely due to having more socialism to lift the lower classes from the despair wrought by improperly regulated capitalism. Europe has a remarkable diversity of cultures as well.
Your strange ideas sound extremely bizarre to me, StoneByStone, but I thank you for explaining the reasoning behind them. I do agree that the rich 1% hold the rest of our society back through their actions and lust for ever more wealth (what it is all for is a mystery,) but I do not believe all super-rich people are Jewish. I believe any overlap of the groups to be coincidental. I can only imagine that if people are descendant from survivors of the holocaust that they would cherish the ability to earn wealth and place an extraordinary emphasis on seeking it, and that sentiment is possibly handed down generation to generation. In any case any association between Jewish people and wealth is purely coincidental and I am convinced it has nothing to do with the religion.
America may have been founded in an age of slavery but that insult to humanity has been abandoned to a darker past as our way forward has been illuminated with the concept of equality. To ignore this development of our history is to blind oneself to the reality of what makes America great, and that is our grand diversity. We are stronger not weaker because we are comprised not only of many religions but many various ethnic peoples, and have embraced the bountiful economic rewards of brainstorming from the many perspectives. Surely this is better than all being cookie cutter versions of the same viewpoint, devoid of even imagining any other way of life.
Because we are so diverse we are able to mix and match and trade with all the peoples of the world on good footing and respectability. This widespread commerce has served to fortify our strengths. We would be less without it. I am glad we have this diversity and so many forms of beauty to expand our minds. Only the limits of our inspired imaginations are our bounds. Judaism was a tribal religion, once upon a time. For historical reasons, it was difficult for those who gave up the religion to escape the label, so that not-very- convinced 'Christians as different as Disraeli and Marx were still seen as what they had rejected. In fact, Judaism now is a religion, 'Jews' are a product of racism, like 'blacks', and Zionism is a sad survival of a wrong reaction to Nazism. Let people be what they want to be!

I completely agree that America should have more Social Democracy and less Capitalism. However, when a society is multiracial, people care about each other less, which makes it harder to unite as a people and fight for a better life. One of the reasons Americans are so divided today is because we no longer have a national identity. Being "American" means nothing because "American" is no longer a recognizable ethnicity with a recognizable culture. Look at all of the people who support Trump solely because they hate Liberals. In an ethnostate, that doesn't happen.
Yes, Europe has a lot of different cultures, but almost all of them have their own country. Global diversity is a good thing, but each ethnic group should have its own ethnostate.
Of course not all super-rich people are Jewish. What I'm saying is that Jews use their positions in media and academia to promote Globalism and White Guilt. This causes a lot of problems for Whites, only one of which is that it makes fighting the super-right Capitalists much harder.
And I think the way Jews work together, functioning as a state within a state, is part of why so many of them are rich. Jews have a Nationalist mentality, which helps them become successful. They promote Globalism and White Guilt so white people don't have the same thing.
People of the same ethnicity don't all have cookie cutter versions of the same viewpoint. Ethnostates still have diversity of thought.
I see no evidence that ethnic diversity is beneficial to a society. If anything, modern America shows that the studies were right and Globalism only makes things worse.
Why wouldn't we be able to trade as an ethnostate? Most countries in the world are ethnostates and they all trade with each other.
