I'd like to see NATO withdraw all its missile threats and guarantee- in writing- that NATO will not encroach upon Russia again. That would be a victory for common sense.

We cannot even find the money to develop the oil fields currently open, where would we find the capital to develop high cost oil fields to give the Germans? Remember, we are competing with oil at one tenth the development price, and oil that is being produced today.
