It's politifact. They are both heavily biased in favor of Democrats and the Left, and often wrong. It is nothing but opinion disguised as supposedly dispassionate "fact checking."

Politifact is in fact, an opinion column that usually tries to rationalize a particular POV on a subject using selected facts.

I would say that Biden inherited a border that was far more secure than it is now, that construction of a wall--whatever effect that would have--was underway, and crossings were far, far, lower than they are today. It wouldn't be incorrect to call the situation at the border today an "invasion" or to call it all but open.

Politifact's discussion of CRT shows that the column's author doesn't understand or know what CRT is.

On Latinx, the author dissembles to try and explain why it is used even as he or she ignores that overwhelmingly Hispanics hate the term, again dissembling by quoting a Pew research poll and single sourcing another poll that in good part is dismissed by the first one they use.

Overall, it is just one person's opinion, nothing more.
