Ill say it again, for just a taste watch the last Q and A... if you have the time to be impressed see the entire thing.
Dixie, you clearly did not watch any of it!
More than 10 min's in, specifically looking for an "UMMM", none yet!
That's because he hasn't been asked a question yet! It's typically the FIRST word that comes out of his mouth, when asked a legitimate (non canned) question on ANYTHING!
Obama does use a teleprompter frequently, but sorry - all Presidents used either that or notes. Reagan famously used index cards for everything, even private meetings that weren't televised.
But, Obama is also pretty smart w/out it. You guys generally complain that he gives too many press conferences, but he's not afraid of them (see: Bush), and he's good in them. He knows his stuff.
I don't fault Palin for having some notes, though it's pretty funny she wrote them on her hand. I don't think she's that bright, though; she proved that again & again in the campaign.
We are on the fourth question, Ive only heard one "um"! You should watch this so you know what you are talking about!

What? You mean you can't hear the "uhms" because of the over-riding sounds of the angels in backing harmony as he speaks? I understand, Jarhead!
Bush could not even read a teleprompter.

:lmao: You are certainly NOT a very good judge of "bright" Onzies!
I actually like the "she's not very bright" attacks, because of several things... 1.) Those who have listened to her speak, know it isn't true because of what she has to say... the content of her message disproves the criticism. 2.) Anyone who may be "independent" or "moderate" in their opinion or view of Palin, is going to be intrigued enough by the allegations she is "not very bright", enough to actually listen to her message... (see 1.) and 3.) It exposes the LEFT-WING FRAUDS! If the most left wing of liberals actually DID think Palin was "not very bright" they would not concern themselves in the least over what she had to say, much less spend every moment of every day, searching for some reason to rail on her like they did President Bush. I mean, we kinda understood Bush Derangement Syndrome, the man narrowly beat the Democrats twice to win the White House for 8 years after the Clinton Glory Years, so that obsession was somewhat understandable. This obsession with Palin is interesting, particularly if she is "not too bright."
Ah, BDS strikes again! There IS no cure!

My definition of "bright" also includes being knowledgeable.
Palin is a good speaker, and good at BS - a lot of her answers sound like essays I would have written if I hadn't studied the topic.
But some of the stuff that she said in the campaign was jaw-dropping. How does anyone in political life, particularly at her level, not know what the Bush Doctrine is? And don't try to deny that - when Gibson asked her the question, she hadn't even heard the term. She had no clue.
And the whole "eye is being kept on Putin in our airspace" and BS like that; she isn't a bright person. Well-spoken - not bright....
