 The left always attack what they FEAR. Did anyone expect anything else but an all out assault....its the left, its what they do. Snakes cannot help acting like snakes. This is priceless and an indication that he is making them squeal like the rats they are. What is the left not willing to do to protect the swamp? Corruption can only exist when its not only tolerated but defended. This attack will go the same way as do all such ACCUSATIONS. Enjoy the show.....but there can be no muzzle placed on truth.

Even the supposed evidence presented proves the point, "Hannity has not been accused of any wrongdoing......." What is the point of attacking someone that has not even been accused? Of course..its Alinsky 101. When the truth cannot be combated, as there is no refutation of the truth, the left always launch an all out assault on the CHARACTER of those they wish to silence.

How many times does this make that you have presented information that contradicts YOUR OWN hate? You leap first and never read that which you present. Hannity's only crime.....helping send swamp creatures back home, getting them fired by exposing them as the corrupt swamp creatures they are. This attack is like shooting BBs at a charging Elephant.

Your post is misleading. Hannity's company bought property FROM Jeff Brock and he did so at much higher prices than BROCK paid for them.

Then maybe Sean needs a little help with Shell Companies ;)

Jeff Brock was paying people not to bid on houses so he could get them cheaper at auction. If Hannity is paying $50K+ for homes the guy bought at $14K, then I can only assume that is because Brock couldn't find anyone to pay him $60K. The real estate world is a messed up place, but I see Hannity doing nothing wrong here. Hell, all those "We Buy Houses!!!" people who put up signs everywhere don't even buy them. They put a contract on them for far less than market value, find an investor to sell them to for a higher price and then pocket the difference as an "assignment fee."

And this is why we have overpriced homes through out this country. A bunch of wealthy racist white men have been rigging the real estate system for decades.

LOL! You poor, butthurt little pussy, this isn't about 'the left' fearing anyting, no matter how tighly you clench your tiny fists white in impotent rage.

Hannity has acted completely unethically, as all evidence indicates, and it's got nothing to do with you mouthing the tard-pablum of 'Alinsky 101', and Hannity is well known for his charity fraud already.

Sit down, shut the fuck up until you know what you're talking about and dry your candy-ass tears.

You're right. I had to read the article twice because it's not saying what the OP is saying. Brock rigged the auctions and made his profits selling the properties to people like Hannity.

I used to go to auctions to bid on properties and there were people, or groups, like Brock's all over the country trying techniques like this.

[h=1]Sean Hannity is a 'welfare queen'[/h]https://www.cnn.com/2018/04/23/opin...hannity-is-a-welfare-queen-begala0813PMVODtop

The controversial performance artist, host of the eponymous unreality TV show, has been revealed by The Guardian as a beneficiary of a federal mortgage guarantee program.

The Guardian found that Hannity owns millions of dollars of real estate through more than 20 shell corporations, which shield his identity. The federal Department of Housing and Urban Development, The Guardian notes, insured the mortgage loans with which Hannity purchased the properties. Let's be clear: This is a subsidy. This is a benefit. This is big government aiding a very wealthy man. This is welfare.

On his state-run media platform, Hannity can be found decrying welfare. He once expressed shock as he interviewed a California surfer and musician who received $189 a month in food stamps, as well as government health insurance. "Welfare Wave" the graphic blared. In 2012, comedian Jon Stewart slammed Hannity for promoting the fiction that President Barack Obama had created "an entitlement society."

In 2013, Hannity complained that an African-American man in Tennessee had allegedly fathered 22 children who were receiving welfare. A Hannity guest called for sterilizing the man. Another Hannity guest opined that "the women should have kept their legs closed."

Yep. A lot of people don't go to real estate auctions anyway, and when they are the same handful of folks, it becomes a wink and a nod even if they do not go as far as paying them directly not to bid. Some times karma catches up with 1 or 2 of them. Know one guy who screwed himself big time trying to get around an auction term that the property had to be owner occupied. He was a well known flipper and decided he would out maneuver them and buy it in the name of his son, make it son's official address, and secure himself with only a deed of trust. Gets it, does a ton of renovation/upgrades to the property, and when he goes to sell it he wanted son to convey back to him at which time he discovered that son had a massive number of judgments, including some pretty high child support liens some before and some after the mortgage, leaving the dad upside down on the property if son conveyed it back and him making no money if he foreclosed.

So then what you're saying is that Hannity is a clueless dumbfuck who can't even recognize when he's getting fleeced by shysters.

And yet, right-wing Trumptards listen to him and swallow everything he pukes.

Are you starting to get a picture here?

I mean I strongly dislike Hannity but this is the ultimate hit piece. Just blatant outright dishonesty and lies.

First, they blast him for using "shell companies." Yeah, cause they are basically required by lenders so one property doesn't get tied up with all the others in a bankruptcy or workout. HUD probably requires a single asset entity created for each property, which is probably what's going on with the 'shell' nonsense.

The Guardian article in the OP says HUD insures investors against losses. Yeah, they insure the lender from losses, not the borrower, even though borrower pays the premium for lender protection. The article makes it sound like Hannity is insured if the deal goes bad. Nonsense, the lender is protected.

He probably used HUD for low income stuff, cause you can get a sweet rate for a 35 or 40 year loan. I personally think they are way too aggressive in general, as are Fannie/Freddie on conventional deals that life co's or banks would love anyway but they get beat by the government. I think they should all just be focused on funding new workforce housing or low income deals because I think it's true you can't build that shit for the right cost today, hence every new multi deal is a luxury product that needs to hit high rents to make the costs work.

Hannity probably pays someone to take of this sh*t anyway. Regardless the article is F.O.S. regarding how the process works.

Clearly, neither does Sean Hannity, otherwise he wouldn't let himself be made such a total chump out of like that, then appear on TV as a blowhard gasbag know it all about everything else he doesn't know his ass from hole in the ground about.

Still, he's a right wing hero though.
