LOL. So when you buy property you not only ask who the owner is but you research how the owner got the financing to purchase the property when they did?

If you're buying multiple properties from the same person over a long period of time, you have obviously developed a working relationship and spend time talking to each other about the deals you're making. Especially when you're a high profile media figure like Hannity.
Sounds like maybe they have some kind of kick back scheme working, probably to defraud the govt.

Leaving aside the fact you outright lie and are dishonest a high profile guy like Hannity probably has someone doing this for him. It would be stupid for him to spend his time on real estate. Building a portfolio is not stupid but him investing his time would be. Bad opportunity cost.

Horseshit. You're talking about millions of dollars worth of property that he's obviously looking to make as big of a profit from as possible either through resale or rental. This is one of his business interests, not some lark he does on the side for his amusement. Hannity and Brock probably had both a business and a personal relationship in which they frequently lunched and played golf together.
My guess is that they colluded together on the scheme to somehow financially benefit themselves at the expense of others.
Wouldn't surprise me one tiny bit.

And Hannity was either totally in the dark because he was too lazy and dumb to find out what Brock was actually paying for these properties or he was in on the scheme with Brock and paid less of a margin than you claim he did.

What does it matter what price Brock paid? I've bought property from people like Brock, what they paid is ultimately irrelevant to what current market conditions are and what I'd have to pay.

If Hannity had a brain inside that concrete cinder block he calls his skull, he'd understand that by knowing what Brock was paying, he'd know how low he could negotiate HIS price.
Sounds like maybe that's beyond your level of understanding too.
